He taught me this really cool trick for backgrounds in PS though which I am totally going to abuse because I can't draw backgrounds to save my life. orz.

Tablet practice. My drawings on the computer look so much worse than my drawings in real life. They highlight the problem with art my effective, though. I actually realized a few of the things I need to change about how I draw.

It's been a while. >_< I'll do more art this year. I said twice a week, so it's not as scary of an obligation as every day...

It doesn't seem like very important practice, but I seriously have trouble drawing people facing to the right. Also, one of these days will be eye practice day. The grip change makes me draw eyes really funky so I'm going to have to change my style. Also, I dont' like the way I draw eyes on the computer. T_T
